We are facing unavoidable delays on our orders other than ready to dispatch due to Covid 19; these delays are caused due to barriers enforced by the government on international shipments and permit to operate with limited staff.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (India)

Style Mantraas offers shipping to all pincodes in India. We use trusted shipping companies such as FEDEX, BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery as our logistic partners. Shipping details are provided under additional information below each of the products.

International Shipping

Style Mantraas Ships to over 150+ international destinations. The Shipping is calculated for the same based on the weight of the order. We use DHL, Aramex, FEDEX and Registered Post as our shipping partners.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.  Style Mantraas does not provide refunds to customers for abandoned orders due to failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Note: It is the customer’s  responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an  order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Style Mantraas cannot offer reimbursement for the package lost due to delivery address issues.

Ready To Dispatch Items: Items marked ‘Ready to Dispatch’ are Dispatched within 2-4 working days of order placement. After dispatch, delivery may take up to 3-7 working days depending upon the location in India.
Other Items: Since we update our inventory with new designs every day to provide our customers with maximum selection to choose from, most items are available on order basis. The same shall take minimum of 15-25 working days in total for delivery in India. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, pandemic conditions and courier company caused delay in delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation Email/SMS with the tracking number/link once the order is connected via local courier. Our Team of dedicated support staff shall strive their best to keep your status updated. However the executives cannot make any alterations to the time period already mentioned.

Note: Please note that working days DO NOT INCLUDE Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
